Frequently Asked Questions
Can I print anything?
Yes! We can print whatever you'd like! We offer both PMS and CMYK printing for your designs, and we can even help you create them. The more information you share with us on the project submission form will help us better understand your project needs.
Will I see what they look like before manufacturing?
Of course! We will not start manufacturing any of your inflatables before you approve the sample. This ensures that you will be 100% satisfied with the final shape, printing, and design before we start full production.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We do not have an MOQ! However, we typically recommend to start with at least 100-200 pieces per design. As all of our orders are custom orders, we need to produce a large amount of custom vinyl for each order. The more vinyl we produce at once, the cheaper it is for you!
How do I receive a quote?
Click on this link and fill out the form with your project details. One of our sales managers will respond within 24 hours with a quote and additional details.
Why would I want to make custom pool inflatables?
There are a lot of boring, inexpensive, every day promotional items out there. Way too many in our opinion. Distance yourself from your your competition by creating truly a unique promotional or marketing product - a custom pool float. Don't settle for average.
What is the lead time?
Production typically takes 25-35 days and freight takes an additional 3-5 weeks (if delivery in the United States). Expedited Air Freight shipping is available for an additional cost.
How much do they cost?
For 500 pieces, the average cost per unit ranges from $10-$20. The price can vary greatly depending on the size, shape complexity, and number of colors printed. Price breaks traditionally take place in every increment of 500 pieces.
Will sunlight or outdoor elements effect the inflatables?
No, don't worry! We use a special UV-resistant ink on all of our custom pool inflatables. This ensures that they will last longer and keep looking perfect all summer long. When the inflatables are not being used, you can easily deflate each one to properly store them to prevent any accidental damage.
