Yes! We can print whatever you'd like! We offer both PMS and CMYK printing for your designs, and we can even help you create them. The more information you share with us on the project submission form will help us better understand your project needs.

What is the MOQ?

We do not have an MOQ! However, we typically recommend to start with at least 100-200 pieces per design. As all of our orders are custom orders, we need to produce a large amount of custom vinyl for each order. The more vinyl we produce at once, the cheaper it is for you!

What are the lead times?

We strive to deliver exceptional custom pool floats with the utmost care and attention to detail. Please note that our lead time for production is typically between 20 to 30 days from the date of order confirmation. This allows our team to dedicate the necessary time and resources to crafting your inflatables to perfection. We understand the importance of timely delivery and endeavor to meet or exceed our estimated lead times whenever possible. If you have any specific deadlines or urgent requests, please feel free to contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Who is responsible for paying the shipping & duties?

Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with the delivery of our custom pool floats. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. Additionally, international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend consulting with your local customs office for more information on potential duties and taxes before placing your order. What is a custom inflatable mascot?

It’s a custom-designed inflatable shaped like your mascot or logo. In other words, an inflatable mascot is a large balloon-like replica of your character or symbol, made specifically for your brand. It can be used as a standalone giant inflatable figure or even made as a wearable costume. The goal is to create a visually striking 3D version of your mascot that can be displayed or worn at events to attract attention.

Can a person wear this inflatable like a costume?

Yes! Besides making static inflatable figures, we offer custom inflatable mascot costumes. These are inflatables designed to be worn by a person. The costume includes a battery-powered blower that continuously pumps air to keep it inflated. A person can step inside, zip it up, and become the mascot. It’s designed for comfort and mobility – the material is lightweight, and air circulation keeps it cool inside. Inflatable costumes are a fun, engaging option if you want your mascot walking around, interacting with the crowd.

What sizes are available?

Sizes are fully customizable. We can create a small inflatable mascot (a few feet tall) suitable for tabletops or photo ops, all the way up to a giant inflatable mascot that’s 15+ feet tall for maximum visibility. If you’re thinking of a wearable costume, it will be human-sized (we’ll tailor it to fit an adult comfortably, usually in the 6–7 foot tall range once inflated).

How durable is the inflatable?

It’s very durable. We use heavy-duty vinyl (or Oxford nylon for some costumes) to construct the inflatable. The material is thick and can handle outdoor use, including sun exposure and light wind. Colors are printed with UV-resistant inks, so they won’t easily fade. Each seam is carefully sealed or stitched for strength. With proper care, your inflatable mascot can last for many events over multiple years.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We have clients in North America, Europe, Asia – all over. We’ll happily ship your custom inflatable to wherever you are. During checkout or the quoting process, we’ll calculate shipping costs based on the size/weight of the inflatable and your location.
